ABOUT MEGHALAYA SFAC

The ‘Small Farmers’ Agri-business Consortium’(SFAC) was constituted in 1999 by the Government of India as a Society under the Societies Registration Act 1860(Act XXI of 1860).Later, the Meghalaya Small Farmers’ Agri-business Consortium ( MgSFAC) has been constituted as instructed by the Government of India for the implementation of the Government of India’s Centrally Sponsored Scheme name “Technology Mission on Integrated Development of Horticulture in North East”(TMNEH) and later has been rename as “Horticulture Mission for North East and Himalayan States (HMNEH)” / Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) and registered on the 16th March 2001 under the Meghalaya Societies Registration Act XII of 1983.
