ROUTING OF FUNDS

In Meghalaya, the programmes related to Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) are being implemented through the registered agency under the name of “Meghalaya Small Farmers’ Agri-business Consortium” (MgSFAC). The funds is released from National Mission Authority to the State Government. State Government will release fund to the State Horticulture Mission (SHM)/State Level Implementing Agency, who in turn will make available to the District Implementing Agencies/District Horticulture Officers (DHOs) who will make payment to the beneficiaries preferably to their respective bank accounts based on the approved work-plan.
